2 cups prepared polenta, cooled 1 (15 ounce) can chili 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese 1 Crumble polenta into 8x8 baking dish. Top with chili and cheese. 2 Bake at 475 degrees for 11-13 minutes. 3 Top with sour cream (optional).
