2 -5 ounces tuna in water 1/2 cup onion , diced 1/2 cup celery , diced 6 egg whites 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard 4 tablespoons Miracle Whip light 1 Mix all together. Sometimes I will use one egg yolk.
