1 (18 ounce) box pineapple cake mix 2 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 cup water 1 cup coconut 1 cup pecans , chopped 1 Mix all ingredients together. 2 Pour into 2 loaf pans. 3 Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
