1/2 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 2 large eggs 3 mashed bananas Nuts (opt.) 2 c. flour 1 T soda Mix all ingredients together then add in 1/8 cup water; mix well. Grease 2 bread tins. Makes 2 bread size loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
