Pork Tenderloin without almonds sauce

Tonight I did a pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach, artichoke,and cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and glazed with an apricot, ginger, and white wine.

Delicious, tender pork served with veggies, scalloped potatoes, applesauce and coffee or tea. Don't forget dessert!
