1/4 c. butter 1/3 c. pancake syrup 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger 1 (16 ounce.) bag frzn carrots , cooked or possibly 3 c. sliced, cooked fresh carrots Combine butter, syrup and ginger in saucepan. Cook over low heat for 1 minute. Add in carrots, mix well.
