1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef roast (you can use stew meat) 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning Rice Cut roast into bite-size pcs; coat with beef stew seasoning. Brown in fat. Cook in crock pot (all day on slow) with sufficient water to not quite cover meat. Serve on rice.
