1 egg , lightly beaten 2 c. Jiffy baking mix 3 T oil 1 1/3 c. club soda Whip together and pour onto hot iron. Bake till golden brown. Excellent with fresh berries, cool whipped cream and Vermont maple syrup (but, I bet NY will do!).
