1 (5 ounce) can pineapple chunks in light syrup 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk 2 bananas , peeled 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 Puree all ingredients. 2 Pour mixture into popsicle molds. 3 Freeze. Takes about 2 to 3 hours.
