Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and soften the garlic over a medium heat. Add chilli powder to taste. Add the tomatoes and stir well, simmer for 5 mins. Crack the eggs in the pan and poach with a lid on the pan until set. Serve with fried potatoes and crusty bread.
